Default un-Blacklist a plugin

A couple months ago, I had a reverb plugin that I demo'd and then decided to go with a different plugin. I'm now reconsidering that same plugin. Before, Reaper prompted for a serial # (for this reverb plugin) that I did not have at the time, so I clicked out of the box. I now have the serial # to re-demo. Unfortunately, no matter what I do (re-installing the plugin for example), Reaper won't scan in the reverb plugin upon start up. My guess is that it has been blacklisted. How do I get Reaper to allow that plugin back in?

I was able to answer my question. For anybody experiencing the same issue, be sure to use the "clear cache" option when performing the re-scan of plugins.
