I'm not sure what you mean by "send tracks", but yes, you can select the tracks and drag them to any position you want.
You can also do that in the "Track Manager".
Can you explain what you mean by "send tracks"?

I think they mean FX return tracks and having them float on the right, always visible like the master is on the left.
There is an option to group tracks that have receives on the left, but they scroll with the rest of the tracks and can't be put on the right.

Aah, okay I guess your talking about tracks like "Reverb buses".
Yeah, the mixer can get pretty crowded, I've got 2 screens so I can separate things a bit, but still we just have the TCP and MCP.
We do have "Screen Sets" but they never worked properly for me and I gave up on them.

Yes I meant Send Tracks like Reverbs, etc. I would like to see them docked on the right side like Master track.
Unfortunately not possible it seems...

Yeah there is the ability to keep certain tracks to the left, but not right. I too, usually keep all those tracks (along with group busses) to the right.
In studio One, you have the option to keep all FX tracks to the right, with a separate option to do the same for AUX tracks.
It does not appear that this is possible in Reaper.
Seems like a bit of an ommission really. if they allow it for the left, why not right?

I definitely feel your pain, my setup inquires this, when using dual monitors, it would be better to be able to move tracks that are aligned far left to be aligned far right if your main screen is set to the right screen in your OS. I personally keep my MCP on the left screen, nice and large for mixing, and the TCP on the right for automation. And the things is, it would be a lot easier to see things on the left monitor, yet aligned to thee right in the MCP. What's strange is that we're able to have reverse margins set in the TCP for the trackidx (track numbers), but unfortunately reaper doesn't offer similar functionality for the MCP.

shameless plug warning:
might help Tod also...
go over to the JSFX area and find the Heda mixer thread...
it will cost you about 5 bucks to donate and get the VIP version...
just do it... %^)
you will be in multi mixer heaven... and can just leave your screenset in your normal TCP view....

The only other recommendation I have is to create a layout for your mixer control panel that has a shortened width that will enable you to position the extended mixer to the right of your MCP; I've seen it in several layouts for many themes, so it is possible, you'll just have to position all of your elements to the left.
