Default [SOLVED] Play/stop via keyboard while holding mouse click

Hi,

Is there any way to be able to hit Spacebar on the keyboard to Play/stop while holding a mouse click (ex.: on any parameter or plugin parameter)?

I know that, as a workaround, a MIDI command (ex.: Play on a MIDI contoller) could be used, but I'm strictly looking for a solution for when using the Spacebar.

Thanks!

Default I am registering a account for this post omg

I look around the form and I think this is the only post talking about this issue. As a former Cubase user it is just so frustrating. Did you find a solution to this by any chance?

For the archives:

1) Open Preferences/Advanced UI system tweaks
2) Enable "Allow keyboard commands even when mouse-editing"

Although I knew the existence of it, I've never thought of looking into the "Advanced UI/system tweaks..." submenu for that option. Apparently, the "find" function in the preferences doesn't look into that submenu.

Have a nice day!
