Default Reaper makes some very audible white noise

Once I've noticed it i just can't ignore it anymore. It's not my audio interface, it's not a plugins or even the master channel it's the DAW itself. Compared it to FL or Cubase, no noise is there. This noise can't be captured, it'not in recordings or in rendered files. It's simply in the DAW. Please help.

If it matters:

Audio interface apollo twin duo USB
Windows 10 x64
Reaper 6.58 version

What exactly are you hearing, and under what circumstances when are you hearing it?

I'm hearing it when I open the reaper. I stop hearing it, when I close reaper. Also this noise is not emphisized when I open multiple instances of reaper. Also it disappears if I open Asio link pro as my device. But it also occurs when I use RME fireface, so it's not only about apollo's asio driver or smth

No. Only 2 plugins are in, and it makes no differ if I bypass or delete them, or mute masterbuss. And i don't use monitoring chain at all

That is very odd behavior. Since the noise depends on which audio device you have selected, that seems like the place to look for some difference in settings. Is it possible that you have an input enabled on the noisy device interfaces that is not enabled on the quiet device interface?

Can we see a screenshot of preferences/audio/device?

Does the "pre-zero output buffers" option change anything?

Is [ ] Request sample rate: checked? If you disable that, does it change anything? Also try disabling [ ] Allow projects to override device sample rate at the same time.

Can you make a .zip file of your AppData\REAPER directory, and if you have a default template project set, include that too, and send all of it to support at cockos dot com?

It's not depending on the interface, but on ASIO drivers. If i route my apollo via ASIO link pro - there's no noise, When i route it via it's asio driveres i get the noise.

Sure. Here you can have it.

I'll check everything you've mentioned. If it doesn't work - i will send a letter to a support.

changing samplerate to 48Khz or higher kills the noise.. when i return to 44.1 and restart reaper noise appears again

So it's specific to your Apollo's ASIO drivers when running at 44.1?

Does that device use an external clock or have a samplerate control in its applet?

Not sure if it's Apollo only. I'll check it today on studio Fireface.
I don't use external clock, also I control samplerate through Reaper

Checked. It's only the apollo's issue. But i found out one thing: when i changed devices from apollo to fireface in the video - i didnt change the monitors input (from trs 2 to trs 1) . So i did get apollo's noise even the other device was selected. And somehow it appears only in Reaper. Other daws doesn't have this issue.
