Options: Ignore FX chain keyboard shortcuts

Is it possible to bind this option to a keyboard shortcut?
I need it off for something like Melodyne but it's driving me mad when I would like to quickly toggle repeat on and off for example.
There are no entries for FX Chain windows in the Actions List and this entry does not appear in the Preferences either.
However, some shortcuts are obviously available by default in FX windows (even though they can't be customnized: Ctrl-B, Insert, etc.).

I don't know if its possible, just want to chime in because I'm looking for the option as well.
