Default How to have plugin window follow tracks?

Can somebody please tell me what settings to to use to have the plugin window follow the track selection? (like in Logic) I have it following but the problem is with Multi Instrument midi tracks.

Let's say I am using Kontakt with multiple instruments which I would like to tweak as I play the midi instruments. When I switch tracks, the plugin window follows to the empty midi track and the Kontakt window is gone.

What workflows/settings do people recommend? I have attached a screenshot of my Plugin preferences.

Thank you foxAsteria but that doesn't fix the problem.

I do not understand this? Surely this is such an obvious issue?!!!! Is this really not possible in Reaper?!!

Oh, I misunderstood. If you have your MIDI tracks as child tracks and the Kontakt folder as parent (easiest way to route the MIDI), then it's easy to target the parent track through a custom action and a mouse modifier. Something like:

mouse modifier preferences, alt-double click TCP
--custom action--
select only parent of sel track
mpl float instrument for selected track

You'll need sws extensions and ReaPack installed and up to date.

And if you don't want the fx chain window to change when selecting a different track uncheck "only one fx chain window..." option.

Alternatively, if there is a better workflow for this when working with midi, as I work almost exclusively with midi, then I would appreciate any suggestions.
