Default Zoom H4N not working after Windows updates

Not strictly a Reaper question, but I was wondering if anyone else was having problems with the Zoom H4N mic after last week's Windows update?
My H4N is still recognised by Windows, and I can select it from the list of input devices, but when I select it Windows pop up a messages saying "your microphone is not working".
I've uninstalled and re-installed the H4N driver (from Windows Device Manager), but it hasn't helped.
Has anyone else had their H4N borked by the Windows update?

I had mine running today on Windows 10 with latest updates using the last Zoom driver. I was using it for a mic in a Microsoft Teams call and it was working okay.

They never did make a dedicated W10 driver for it:

Thanks for that. At least now I know that there isn't a basic compatibility issue with the latest Windows updates. Not sure how to get it working again, though!
It's odd that Windows is recognising the device but then telling me it's not working.

This is for the H4N pro -- you could see if this works:

Here's another more long winded one for the H4N:

Thanks - I'd seen the first one but not the second. It was indeed the sample rate that was the problem. Windows must have reset it when the update was applied.
