Default MIDI recording question

Hi,
I have two tracks, one with Chordz (creates... chords) and a second one with a synth. Track one has a few midi notes, and a send to track two. When playing, all sounds as I expect it to be.
Now I want to record the midi chords that are played by the synth and I can't get it to work

Here's an overview of my settings for this:

Can someone help me out please

I am not sure if I have understood what you are trying to do but would this Kenny tutorial help?
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=OYFBR9qlYRI

He is using an example of an audio track but should be the same for MIDI I think.

Temporarily disable the synth and set the second track to Record Output MIDI (right-click the Recarm button for the menu choices.

If the Synth passes on the received MIDI you need not disable it. Or, right-click the IO Routing button in the synth FX wrapper and select "MIDI Output", then "Disable MIDI Output".
