Default How to render regions parallely, like stems?

Hi!
I have simple question. I didn't find answer yet.
When I render stems (selected tracks), all of the tracks is rendering parallely (few tracks at once). It very speeds up whole render.
I have recorded audiobook. Every chapter has own region. It would be very nice if I can render few regions at once, with processing from Master Track (or "bounce like"). I have good quite good PC - 42GB ram, dual-cpu Xeon... I think that it can carry render like this faster than normally chapter-by-chapter...

is there any way to do that? Maybe a script that puts every chapter on different track? but stems render don't include FX and sometimes I need to mix to voiceover some other sound, so it cant really be only on one track

I would be grateful for every help
