Rather than just measure, if you could add a beat option would be a great help as chord changes can occur on the second, third or fourth beat.
The only way I could find to smooth seek to x region from next beat is edit the current region length on the fly so it ends on the next beat with it set to play to end of region before seek, then I need to set it back to it's original length.
As it can play smoothly from the next beat it should be easy to put an option for this.
The same part that will look for the region end before seek just tell it to look for the next beat before seek.
