Plugin UI is rendered incorrectly if Windows scaling set to 150%

Plugin UI is rendered incorrectly if Windows uses 150% scaling. Furthermore, the mouse processing is also incorrect (see where the mouse cursor is vs the selected preset)

When Windows is set to 100% scaling (default) then all plugins are rendered correctly.

How to fix that? Is that Reaper's issue or Native Instruments' issue?

P.S.
* Changing stand-alone GR6 settings does not affect the rendering in Reaper
* Changing Reaper's DPI settings is NOT acceptable

An example of buggy Guitar Rig 6 plugin UI in Reaper:

The mouse position was not captured but it was 2 rows below the actual selection. Total mess!
