Razor Edits: Locked Items envelopes being are edited in razor edit

Recreation: Create a multiple tracks and items within those tracks. Create envelopes on the tracks then lock items you do not wish to move with razor edits. Razor edit an area with locked items and envelopes.

What occurs: All of the envelopes under locked items are moved and do not remain with the locked item (unless the copy modifier is selected).

Expected behavior: All envelopes under locked items would be locked along with the items preventing changes to the locked items. The envelopes would be unaltered and would not copy if under a locked item.

Also: Locking track controls does not prevent razor edit from altering envelopes of lock tracks.
