Save & load Video window state to/from RPP
Let's have Video window visibility state saved & reloaded from RPP project file.
Many times when opening some projects, there may be video of some sort included but it is not known to a person who opens the project, so it depends if that person's Reaper has Video window already opened or not.
If the state would be saved to project file & recalled when loading a project it would be great.

The more expected and reliable things are, the less I have to worry about. I'm often reloading a window screenset to get things in a useful state.
The mixer track layouts in particular can't seem to stay the way I left them. In all the view layout system seems unreliable sometimes.

The lack of project-based screensets for reaper is a major oversight. The program can’t even load up your last project with the same window configuration because this feature doesn't even exist!

Somehow Reaper occasionally does remember the last window screen positions intermittently. I haven't figured out why, how, or when yet.

Haven't tested it but this may work:
Use the action 'SWS/S&M: Set project startup action'
with any of the 'Screenset: Load window set #0X' actions.
Then save the project.

Remembering where all the open windows were is not the same at all as loading a screenset on project startup. But it's better than nothing and I'm definitely using it.
Tip: Create custom startup actions for project types if you want more than one startup action to fire for each!
