Default Exporting video - too small size

I used Reaper for editing audio to 3 recorded videos (about 3 minutes .mov) to combine the best parts. 1920x1080 HD. I combined the best parts and wanted to export the video back to continue editing with other videos in Premiere. Although I set the highest original settings (HD etc.) the resulting video has just 50 MB (original 3 min. video had 900 MB) and although I wanted a standard format, it is in some .webm format. How to export it better in the original format, size and quality ?

Hi Ivo Sedlacek,

you find right below the output format a drop down menu "format" where you can select several containers. Right next to them you find the codecs for audio and video.

In your case you should choose a lossless codec because you want to edit the videos further in Premiere.

Greetings
ELi
