track manager issue?
been having a problem with reaper hanging on boot in versions 6.11 and up. 6.10 and below are working for me.
@jamespeters posted that other linux users were not experiencing the hang issue but that was before i got it debugged to the point of isolating the track manager. what i found was that my main configuration, which keeps the track manager open at all times in the dock, causes a section to be written to the reaper.ini file. in my case it looks like this: Code:
[trackmgr] colwid_0=30 colwid_1=236 dock=1 flags=0 wnd_height=362 wnd_left=0 wnd_top=0 wnd_vis=1 wnd_width=468 does anyone else here keep the track manager open like this? do you have any issues with it? can other users maybe try keeping the track manger open to test if it causes issues? thanks, babag |

Working fine here.
This is what it stores in .ini Code:
[trackmgr] colwid_0=32 colwid_1=309 colwid_10=76 colwid_11=80 colwid_12=75 colwid_14=102 colwid_15=130 colwid_16=77 colwid_2=78 colwid_3=64 colwid_4=62 colwid_5=69 colwid_6=59 colwid_7=45 colwid_8=41 colwid_9=38 dock=1 sort=1 wnd_height=686 wnd_left=1635 wnd_top=889 wnd_vis=1 wnd_width=757 Rename and test with a default .config/REAPER folder too?
