Default ffmpeg installed? How do i check?

I am sure I have ffmpeg installed on my Windows 10 pc, as in Reaper it shows in the Render box,

Output Format: Video (ffmpeg/libav encoder)

I can't find any install file on my PC, but I take it this wouldn't show above if it wasn't installed right?

sorry for being thick!

Reaper installs a small ffmpeg library but you can also install a bigger one with more formats if you wish. Check out this thread: https://forum.cockos.com/showthread.php?t=82459

Look at Preferences > Media > Video/REX/Misc and click "Show available decoder information" to see the the paths (ffmpeg/libav search path) where reaper searches for the libraries.
