Default Low resolution/blurry interface

I've just set up a second monitor, and REAPER comes up all blurry - it's all readable, but it just looks slightly out of focus. It works fine on my laptop with 1366*768 resolution, but it doesn't on my monitor with 1920*1080. I read somewhere that REAPER doesn't do well with high resolutions, but is there anything I can do to fix this? Any options changes or custom themes?

I'm running on windows 10 with this monitor:

Hi and welcome to the forums.

First off, when people talk about hi res, 1920x1080 is standard resolution.
I and many others on here routinely use one two or even three 1920x1080 monitors.

Have you checked your monitor settings in Windows itself to make sure you are using the optimum display resolution for your second monitor and not forcing it to the same res as your laptop`s native mode?

And while we are at it, download the excellent free User GHuide and check out the free video tutorials, all clickable at the top of this page.

Possibly unrelated but worth a shot:

If your Win10 Display Scaling is set to something other than 100%:

Right-click on the Reaper.exe
Choose Properties -> Compatibility -> Override high DPI Scaling by Application:

Restart Reaper.

If this makes the GUI too small you're pretty much stuck with a blurry interface until Reaper goes vector.
