[fixed] Erroneously named action "Item properties: Toggle item phase"

The action changes phase (polarity) per take rather than per item, it only affects active take properties.

Please don't change the behavior because this will ruin a script.

There may some other instances where take and item are mislabeled is this regard. Not sure when exactly. I suppose desired behavior would be for all takes, to keep mic’d sources phase aligned.
