Make an effect show up in every track??

Is there any way that I can set "defaults" so that an effect is available on every track?? Specifically I would like to take my favorite EQ and just have it be there when click on effects in a new track rather than having to choose it from the list every time.

put the fx you want on the track and its bypass state with the checkbox

Click FX then chose - make as default for new tracks
