I want this function or already exist?

I don't know how to describe it.
I use large amount of tracks, and I want to edit different areas at the same time.
Does this feature already exist?

Not quite the same, but you could temporarily hide the tracks in the middle.

I don't want to hide tracks. It's like mute all tracks except just a track I want to make it solo. It bothers me. Now I'm digging scroll functions in SWS.

Track Manager is the best way to show only tracks you want to see temporarily.

Note - a track being visible or not has no relationship to whether it is muted, soloed, or even recording. You can do any or all of these on any track regardless of whether it is visible.

Hmm, that isn't at all clear from your image and now I'm not sure what exactly you are trying to do.

Sorry my English is terrible.
I know track manager. But it’s not useful like the Excel’s double window thing.
I know I can use keyboard shortcut for track manager.
Even so, I have to save some lists of tracks first.
I simply want to see different vertical area of the project or simply to jump specific track like tag-jump and back to home position.

But that is essentially hiding tracks. It is hiding the tracks 11 through 36 in your image.

The difference is that with the Excel feature you can simply drag the line to change which tracks are hidden. Hiding tracks in REAPER would not achieve this, but it would allow you to work on distant tracks side by side without having to physically reorder them.

What you are describing is called "split screen". The Arrange
window should be able to be divided into two sections.

And No, this is not yet existing in Reaper.
And Yes, it would be nice to have it in Reaper.
