best mid price controller keyboard for reaper?

looking at getting a MPK61 for use with reaper. it's £380 or so.

does this work well with reaper? searched a few threads and seen mixed reports, has anyone got the MPK61 working well with reaper 4.0?

Also - what similar keyboards are people using that are working well with reaper? (semi weighted with at least 4 octs, knobs/sliders etc) anyone using the novation keyboards at all?

using a 32bit winxp PC and latest copy of reaper.
