Default Low synth output

I'm running several synths into a Mackie mixer which then outputs via the Alt 3/4 to my interface. My mono synths go into the mic /line channels which have gain knobs so I can get a solid signal centering on 0 on my levels meter.

But my stereo synths go into the Mackie stereo channels which have no gain knob. Even at max volume my Yamaha Motif barely reaches -7db.

Any ideas on bumping up my synth output levels before they reach the mixer? Or other ways of accomplishing this?

My only ideas are something like that, or lowering the gain on the other synths and boosting the mixer's signal. Maybe there is something else or some better product.

I've switched to a ZED14 mixer which has gain on all channels, both mono and stereo. A gain of +10db gets me up to about 0db on the mixer levels and around -18dbfs in Reaper.

So problem solved. Thx.
