playing hardware and rea samplormatic5000 with js midi arp?

hey all, for thoughs of you who don't know me i'm trey from the uk and i'm totally blind.

i'm running 64bit reaper 4 on windows7 64bit.

i know that using the js midi arp and the bang0 js arp plug ins you can arpagate midi data after youve recorded it, but can you use the js midi arp or bang0 plug ins to to play the rea samplermatic5000 in real time and hardware synths via midi in real time?


your help with these questions would be most welcome! kind regards trey.
