midi item problem

Hey folks
I've uploaded a sample session. Whenever I try and keep an item to a grid, eg, with a start position of 4.00 and end of 6.00 and then duplicate, it loses positional accuracy - starts at eg. 10.02 and finishes at 12.03
If you duplicate the items on the included session you will see what I mean hopefully.
I think this was caused because:
In order to keep "feel" I played a manual click in, then disabled the midi item (in properties) from changing with the bpm, so I could bring the BPM in line with it.
However, now that isn't the case on any of the items, but it seems to have messed this reaper session up!

In the project, both 4-6 Items and drm mach are aligned to measures. The rest is not aligned.
Note not only item alignment but also Item Source alignment which is used in case you loop item.
