Default Strange CC lanes after glueing midi tracks

Hi guys,

A question/problem here:
When glueing midi tracks into one good take, the midi cc lanes become a bit unresponsive and disfunctional.
In arrange view the pedal CC looks fine and also sounds fine. But In editor view it looks messed up and drawing in new info is not responsive.

Does anybody have any ideas or solutions?

Hi Equal, how did you create the CC events? Do you have a project that still has them as they were originally?

Also I think what I see in the arrange is exactly what I see in you're midi editor. I took a couple of quick
snap shots of both your two images between bars 101 and 103. When I enlarged them they seem to match perfectly.

Why further editing or adding of CCs doesn't work, I don't know. If you've got the project before you glued,
you could take a look at that and see if you can edit in that project. If you don't have a saved previous project,
maybe a backup project, if you are setup for backups.

Let us know what you find out.

So it sounds fine at the end, but visually in the midi editor it is not correct. All the spaces in-between pedals are also green (which should be white). As if the pedal is open during the whole piece.

When I export the midi, and re-import it, the result is the same.
I am afraid that when I export it, and share it with my colleagues that have other daws, they might have issues.

I think you're talking about the shadow that represents the level of the previous CC. That's meant to be that way and is as it should be,

I don't think there will be any problems, if it sounds correct then it must be as it should be.

Hey Tod, just to let you know I found out what was the issue!

Apparently the tracks that I glued together were not on the same channel.
When I select everything and assign it to the same Midi channel e.g. channel 01. the CC lanes go to normal.
