Default Kontakt standalone vs Reaper performance

Hi,
when using Kontakt 5 as standalone with Cinematic studio strings I can get 500 voices without any drops, when using it with Reaper I get drops starting at 150. Is this normal? Can I do anything different? I also tried reducing the core count of Kontakt, but it made things worse.

Ryzen 2700X
32Gb RAM + SSD (very low disk usage)

Thanks!

I'm not sure why you would want to use 500 voices for or even 150 quite a bit, but what does the CPU read when the drops happen?

With 32GB of ram You shouldn't be running into problems with that.

After a restart it somehow worked and I got equal performance on Kontakt standalone and plugin. 500 voices are easily reached with complex libraries (e.g. Cinematic studio strings).
