Default Theme is not recognized in fedora

Hi everyone
I installed reaper on fedora 29, no problem there but for one message about depreceated path, don't understand what the error message says, something about copying .REAPER to somewhere else that I can not find either.

So I tried to install this theme which I use on windows,
Default_Commala_5_JPedit.ReaperThemeZip , it may be old,
I had this on windows, so I just copied it in zip format
to the reaper colour themes folder under fedora, it was
not found by reaper.
Then I unzipped it and still no good.
Does anyone know what am doing wrong, is there a different
packaged theme used on fedora, or linux in general.
The two themes that shipped with reaper work perfect,
am using a suface pro 3, scaling is an issue, but to be
expected, ardour is the same, audacity fits scales best.
