Reastream on MAC, can't get it to work, works on PC

Hello!
Right now I'm using Reaper live to play backing tracks and automate few devices via midi. I'm trying to find a way to incorporate some VSTi. Right now I'm using project per song workflow, with SWS Project List as setlist etc.
I thought of a global "VSTi Rack" project idea, which would be hosting all my plugins, and they would be accessible from different songs (different projects).
Found a way to do this with ReaStream plugin - this work great on Windows. Unfortunately on Mac there is no "local broadcast" option in "Send Audio/Midi" dropdown menu, only "broadcast" and this of course does not work.
Is MAC version limited in this aspect?
