Guitar pluged in / fx amped sound

Hi. I have pluged in clean guitar without any amps and when I set it to one of the record armed track I try to set my own amp (guitar rig, amplitube what ever) but its only works after I recorded my guitar. How to make that it sounds already amped with my fx chain when Im playing ?

In the track 'output' section (the i/o button)... select "Record output", then you can select mono, stereo, whatever.
