Noise across recordings. HELP PLEASE

Hello i neeed some help ASAP I am getting a digital distortion across tracks I am recording. I am taking a madi feed from a digico. It's a live recording so a disaster if this happens. I was feeding another desk and they had no issues. i have another recording in the next couple of days.

The distortion is intermittent and in different places with different amounts across the tracks.

SD rack - Directout madi/dante - Cisco sg300 (setup as per audinate) - DVS - reaper

Any suggestions on settings in reaper. I don't care about responsiveness buffer length or delay.

MBP - 2.3Ghz - I7 - 16gig ram. Dante all up to date.

First test: set a bigger buffer?

However, since it's intermittent, it might not be buffer-related. What OS are you on? I spose Windows? Wich Windows?
