I was excited to see that Reaper 6 is able to render files with transient info using Acid chunks. What are the chances that we'll see more support for Acid metadata in the future?
For example:
1. Loop vs. One-shot vs. Acid Beatmapped.
2. Time signature.
3. Number of beats.
4. Root note.
Root note would be especially helpful for making Kontakt libraries!
Embedding the root note is far more reliable then using filename formatting - where changing the filename length even slightly (say by adding an additional suffix to a new version of an articulation) throws things off completely.
