Another handy facility - I see that double clicking on them sets the selection to the region and that they can be jumped to using Ctrl/J.
Thinking aloud... I wonder whether there would be any usefulness in being able to edit using regions, ie not only move the region but optionally move the content of the region with or without ripple edit? Perhaps in essence that can already be done by setting the selection to a region.
