would it be possible to re-locate the cursor to the position it originally had before triggering the custom action?

never mind, I'm actually prefering to not re-locate the cursor. My custom action looks like this (the track in question has to be selected!):

• "Item navigation: Select and move to next item" (moves the cursor to the start of the next item)
• "View: Move cursor right to grid division"
• "Item: Set snap offset to cursor"

I can then repeatedly trigger this custom action to affect multiple items on a track. Note: Do not trigger this custom action twice on the only or last item on a track!

I'm using this custom action to "quantize" audio items which do not actually have their starting point on grid lines to the grid, preserving their relative placement offset.
