Default remote DAW Mod wheel

Hi guys,

Since a few weeks I'm working with Reaper. It's a steep learning curve, but it's going pretty great.

I work with mostly KONTAKT VST's, for orchestral work.
My keyboard doesn't have a decent mod wheel to use, for instance, with the strings to control the velocity.
I was thinking that I might be able to use my ipad Pro for this.

- Question: Is there a program out there, remote DAW that has the function of a mod wheel, and maybe as bonus some buttons to program for articulation switching?
- what is it!?

I tried to get TouchDAW to work but I only got the track volume to work and it is on my small smartphone. So i would like to use the ipad Pro. Most of these things that I saw where all buy before try. I don't mind the buy, but it has to work and a mod wheel doesn't show up on the screenshots.

Hope you can help

Regards,
Mario

Why not a midi keyboard with pitch and mod wheel. Far nicer to use than a touchscreen

I know, but for now, it's not something I have. And if I could combine it with programmable buttons to do articulation changes it would be an asset.
I like the Roland I have, it's old, but does the job. This is the first thing it doesn't do so instead of getting rid of it right away, I want to see if there is a work around.

Maybe the free version of knob lab is enough for your needs.

Default Works!

For people that are interested: I got LK control to work!
It's not ideal, 5 euro's to unlock the keyboard, but it works.

Owkee... so LK works, or maybe not everything.
When I just play my keyboard and the modwheel on the ipad pro (LKControl) it's all great!

When I start recording, there are a high Bb and B note on top everything.
It does record the other notes and mod wheel data. When I delete the high B or Bb, also the data on the mod wheel deletes. So they are connected.

Anyone any idea what is going on? Where is the input coming from?
You don't here it when you're not recording so it's connected to the recording mode-LK control... something something...

Much appreciated any thoughts.
