Default "Nudge" a portion of a track

Would someone tell me how I can “nudge” a portion of a track please? When I am making “adjustments” to vocal tracks, sometime I need to move a portion of a track” just a little bit”. This is difficult to do with the mouse and I thought maybe there is a way to use the keyboard “arrow key” Is this correct?

You can type N to bring up the nudge dialogue.

By "portion of a track" you mean one or several items on a track, right?

You certainly can use keyboard shortcuts to nudge items left/right. I don't know which keys they are assigned to per default. You'll have to look it up in the action list window (menu: Actions: "Show action list...").
Trouble is they aren't called "nudge" but rather "move" in Reaper's action list. To find them best type "edit move item" in the action list's search field. The two you're interested in right now are called

"Edit: Move items/envelope points left" and "Edit: Move items/envelope points right" (they also nudge selected envelope points if an automation envelope is selected).

Look in the left column which shortcut key they are assigned to. If the assignment doesn't please you or they aren't assigned at all, change that in the lower left area of the action list window.
