add stretch marker causing edit cursor moving

hi!
here is my setup for mouse modifiers:

when I am adding stretch marker via ctrl+shift+click - all is OK.
but when I am adding stretch marker using any action (for example "add stretch marker under mouse cursor and snap to nearest grid") via ctrl+alt+click - edit cursor moving to the stretch marker's position which is VERY unhandy.

is it bug or by design or my preferences setup?
anybody can confirm?

I have the same thing, if you assign to shortcut in the action list, then everything works and the edit cursor doesn't move anywhere,
and if you assign via mouse modifier, the edit cursor starts to move to streth marker.
