Default Video Processor var/function for track number & total track count

Hi video processor wranglers,

I see functions called input_track(x), input_track_exact(x), input_track_count(), input_track_exact_count() and input_info.. but can't see any way to return 'which track am I on?' or 'how many tracks in this project?'.

Is it possible/wranglable?

Many Thanks,

Drew

Those are not directly available, the track indices are always relative to the current track. The normal versions of those functions ignore tracks that don't have video FX or video items, but there are _exact() versions that don't ignore non-video tracks...

Thanks Justin.

I guess there aren't many cases where instances would need to know which track they are on. I'd just wondered if there's a way to get at those ReaScript calls.

Mute & solo behaviour with video probably means my idea wouldn't work out anyway - unless I'm missing a pref to make them work the same as with audio.

I am loving what *can* be achieved, which is the main thing!

Cheers,

Drew
