Themes in stash are wrong?
I have downloaded a couple of themes from the stash, and they are not what they are supposed to be.
For one, I downloaded Commala 2018, and what I got was 2016...I think, or something that wasn't 2018. Lucky I still had it in my recycle bin.
The other day I downloaded Default Between light and Dark theme v1.2, and what it gave me was something that looked like Crado and was called something different, Default 5.1.
Anyone else experience this, or am I doing something wrong?

bumping, I tried another theme yesterday: Inquasar. It looks like a v4 theme.
The other themes I mentioned were also v4 like themes. I am only realizing now that it's v4 after some research, I am only a Reaper users since v5.
Any ideas why all these themes based on Defaults comes out looking like v4?

Some Themes come uncompressed..
You need to load the full Compressed Theme with the extension ".ReaperThemeZip"
If it doesn't exist, you can create it by selecting ALL files in that theme's folder (including the .ReaperTheme file),
and compressing it as a regular Zip file, but with the extension ".ReaperThemeZip"
This should work 99% of the time.

However some Themes are an exception, and they actually show the exact opposite behavior.. right?
For instance some of the magnified themes that come with 150%, 200%, 300% files..
you need to actually load first the regular sized but non-functional ReaperThemeZip, and then you can load the magnified 150-300% versions on top..
That's how I would describe the whole thing, YMMV tho.

BTW to be more specific..
I've got here the regular "InQuasar Dark Matter 1.0.ReaperThemeZip" (1856KB), and it looks/works perfectly as shown in the screenshots..
"Default_5_between_dark_and_light_v1.2.ReaperTheme Zip" (822KB),
works perfectly too.
Reaper is v5.981 ofc..

Yes I get how to download, rename, and install themes. Here is what they look like:
Inquasar:
2016 Commala:
What am I doing wrong to get those themes this way?
Here is my Default for v5:

How exactly are you installing those themes? You should just be able to click the .reaperthemezip file after downloading it and it should automatically apply.
For some reason, none of the assets from the themes are applying properly and reaper is instead using the fallback assets.

Same way I always installed the themes: download the file, change to .zip, unzip and place the contents into the Themes folder. That has always worked before, for some reason there are some that don't.

You don't need to do that, you can just open the file and it does the rest automatically...
But if you want to do it that way, then if you open up the theme tweaker [from the actions menu] you can set the correct path to the images and save over the theme.

Huh...
So once you've done that, go to the theme tweaker and compare where it thinks the images are with where they actually are.
