Nebula 3 Pro GONE!

Hi everyone.. been a while since I was last here.
Been getting back into mixing and enjoying being creative. I LOVE my NEBULA tools, particularly Henry Olonga's AIR package which seems to magically demud everything.

2 days ago I went to load an old project and Nebula showed with a strange skin that I've never used and didn't enable anything to be loaded (see pic)

I had been using Nebula on and off during the last year or two even though i mixed infrequently it always worked perfectly.

so now I'm totally bamboozled as it not only happened on my main laptop but also on my second laptop!

I can only conclude that this is a result of some action on the part of acustica.

I can't find the nebulatemprepository folder! It's like it's been deleted! All very odd. And Acustica seem to be ignoring my ticket.

Has anyone got any suggestions?

nebulatemprepository folder should be on the Root of your C: Drive

As for Neb-3, Acustica no longer supports it [for many years now].

And no ... Acustica did not mess with your install.

I know it should but it's not there, which is very odd.. on both computers.

I realise they don't support it any more but I would hope they wouldn't cause difficulties for those who have bought their previous product.

If they haven't then I'm absolutely baffled as to why both computers would have the same issue independently. I admit it doesn't seem likely or even possible but then I'm no expert in these things.

nebula 3 has been discontinued. THey announced that this would happen 3 years ago.

I'm sorry to say if you didn't do anything about it since then you're up sh*t creek without a paddle now as it wont work anymore.
