Default Minimum vertical size : 752 pixels

I have just noticed (starting with build 0.931) that Reaper does not resize under ~ 752 pixels vertically whereas it was possible to shrink it by much more previously (~ 515 pixels).

In fact it corresponds to the introduction of the tabs.

But the tabs are just ~ 16 pixels.

That does not seem too normal to me.

If you remove all of the docked windows, you can resize down

Is it really necessary that such an overhead is added when used docked stuff ?

Before the tabs, it was with the mixer on that I could resize to 515.

Now if I leave it I cannot go under 752.

Common sense tells me it should now be a minimum size of 515 + 16, but maybe common sense does not apply.

With Media Explorer docked = 737 pixels.
With Undo History docked = 601 pixels
With Mixer docked = 752 pixels
Without anything docked = 514 pixels

The lowest window size I've ever got is 621x514.

Yup, this is very odd behavior.

Maximize REAPER and it fits to screen (800 X 600 here), use the restore button or after a new version install which defaults to the "restore" view, it's off the screen and you can't resize.

In fact if you click above the title bar in an attempt to resize it usually jumps down in a "move" action.

Set the desktop resolution higher to have access to the borders attempting to resize... no go, limits again.

Fortunately Windows fits it to screen when maximized but if you have dragged the docking area larger it becomes a nightmare reducing the docking area as to not cover REAPER entirely with NO access to the docking horizontal border.

New bee's will certainly be flabbergasted by such a condition.

Myself, I get the vertical slider with no docking area or in "restore" view but much of REAPER's vertical is off screen.

I have no vertical slider (forced to use ctl-scroll) when docking area is visible when maximized at 800 X 600 on XP-SP2 nor Win 98SE.

Odd behavior, I'd love it if ALL REAPER's borders could be infinitely resized logarithmically.
