Command Send-Receive-Route

Greetings fellow REAPER fans!
I'd like to ask if there is a custom action-command to route-send selected tracks to another. I'm trying to create a toolbar button to automaticaly create secondary mix for monitoring purposes.

You may want to install Reapack if you haven't already there are tons of scripts that will cover most scenario's
