pan-knobs

Here's my suggestion for "pan-knobs" in the mixer:

These knobs are not rotated. Instead they are moved, so that
we always have a bigger graphic presentation. The advantage is:
You can immediately see the pan-and the wide-status. So at one
single glance you can see your panorama-setting (example pic):

Now yes - this is not sooooo important, but it would be quite nice.
