Default Sublab Removed Still Crashes Reaper

Like many others, I had a problem with SubLab and ended up deleting all trace of it that I could find. It is no longer in any plugin path, and no files turn up in a search of my system. It is not in the list of plugins that will not load. I have cleared cache and rescanned all plugins twice. Each time, the rescan finds something and I get the error attached. The scan continues and completes sucessfully. Where is this remaining piece of the evil sublab plugin/malware?

The section visible in the picture does not contain the thread that crashed. Also the path to the SubLab file should be somewhere in that report near the end.

I've got Sublab, I've just tested it again (I updated recently from Mojave to Catalina) all working fine on latest version of Reaper.

What version of Mac OS are you using? Have you reported it to them?
