Action running via contextual toolbar does not working

I create this custom action:

Item: Render items to new take (preserve source type)
Take: Crop to active take in items
Take: Toggle take volume envelope

and added to the contextual toolbar. The custom action does not working. When I run this custom action from the action list, it works fine.

The action "Item: Render items to new take (preserve source type)" also does not working when I run it through the floating toolbar.
Rendering is in progress, but nothing is saved. The target directory and the file name Reaper set incorrectly.



Probably not really a SWS problem. I have now found that the problem is related to some audio formats, such as wav or mp3. For wma format rendering is fine. Mysterious ... I wonder what it is: null.mid I don't use any midi files.
