Default Themes: dedicated knobs for pan

Currently theming engine uses the same pan knobs regardless panning mode.
Also in "Stereo Pan" mode, Reaper uses "width" knob for right channel.
It all might be very limiting when creating themes.

I suggest to add following knobs:
  • mcp|tcp_stereo_pan_knob_stack
  • mcp|tcp_stereo_balance_knob_stack
  • mcp|tcp_pan_left_knob_stack
  • mcp|tcp_pan_right_knob_stack - to replace wid_knob_stack in Stereo Pan mode
Knobs should fall back to their respective parents.

Here are examples of pan knobs I would use, if theming allows this:

I believe that these knobs would be more intuitive:

These knobs are not rotated. Instead they are moved, so that
we always have a bigger graphic presentation. The advantage is:
You can immediately see the pan-and the wide-status. So at one
single glance you can see your panorama-setting (example pic):

Of course, this needs a somewhat new display mechanism.
