Default Lock Regions and Tempos safe from earlier tempo changes?

I like to stick a whole album of songs into one REAPER project. Lots of times there are tempo changes. If I need to change a tempo on an earlier song, I don't want it to mess up later songs.

As you can see in this video, if you move the entire region around, everything still snaps into place just fine. However, as you can also see, if you change an earlier tempo, everything falls apart

Is there a way to lock everything inside a tempo so this doesnt happen?

On regular users are "Human being with feelings" while Mods are only "Mortal". Does this mean mods don't have feelings?

If I move the whole region I want to change to the end, it seems like I can change the tempo without things messing up, not sure if thats the best way

ITs pretty funny how that exact subject happens on the reaper facebook group

I get RTFM'd constantly....which could be fair, since I guess I never really did
