OSC Enahncements for Markers

It would be great if Reaper allowed marker or region names beginning with # (or some other flag) to be sent over OSC using a different OSC pattern..

This would be helpful because you dont always need every marker name sent to your OSC controller and currently if you need to use /lastmarker it displays everything with no ability to filter..

Also if #markers were a separate action then it provides a second marker group for sending other text.. for example #markers could be sending cues or lyrics to your tablet and regular markers could display song titles or be updating button names and other OSC controls etc

Also an option to ignore markers starting with ! would good.. this would prevent SWS marker actions from being displayed when using /lastmarker also..
