Drag FX Folders with mouse

Why , in 2019, do we have to move the folders using, right click, move to top, right click move to top....
wouldn´t be nice to use mouse drag for this !!?

I have about 30 FX folders.

Before I create a new one, I usually take some medication to survive the mental stress caused by right-clicking and then left-clicking on it for about 15 times to move it to its alphabetical position.
