Default Manually Specifying 'Local IP' for OSC

My machine has multiple network interfaces, several of which are connected to isolated networks. I have an OSC-only network that I want to be able to communicate to, but this is not the primary network of the macOS machine that I'm running Reaper on. I'd like to be able to manually specify the local network interface to receive OSC on, but it seems to me that Reaper only allows listening for OSC on the primary network interface. Does anyone know how to force Reaper to listen for OSC on a specific network interface?

Thanks

Default

Is it possible to add a static route? Not sure Reaper uses anything other than default but could be wrong. Or does the manual adding of the local IP in the OSC config not work?
