How do I create a Chain?

The attached picture is what I want to create on Reaper. The user in the picture uses another program like Reaper called Acid Pro. I really want to know how to create this sound, and I think I have to chain, but I don't know how to do it.

Just Add them to the FX Chain list in the order you want them to be.

• click the [fx] button on the Reaper track to open the FX Chain window
• click [Add] to open the FX browser
• find each Desired FX
• double-click it to add it to the chain.

... and btw if you want to float each or any of the FX into their own window (as in your original Acid Pro picture), just double click on the FX name.
